Feeling tired and need an energy boost? Why don’t you have a cup of tea?

Adapt-genic herbs (a unique class of healing plants that can help balance, restore, and protect the body) will provide you with sustained energy and vitality while supporting focus and concentration.

They all loaded with antioxidants and vitamins that can aid the digestive process, help your body absorb nutrients and support cleansing the body of parasites which usually cause chronic fatigue.

Below are five such herbs that you are likely to already have in your kitchen!

Rosemary

Simply add a twig of fresh rosemary or a teaspoon of dried rosemary to a cup with 250 ml of boiled water. Cover the cup and let the rosemary infuse the water for 5-8 minutes. Then remove the rosemary and enjoy. (You can choose to leave the rosemary in the water for an extra strong taste.)

Peppermint or Spearmint

Add 8 – 10 fresh leaves or a tablespoon of dried mint leaves to a cup with 250 ml of boiled water. Cover the cup and let the mint infuse the water for a minimum of 5 minutes. Leave the leaves while drinking the infusion, if they are fresh, and you can even choose to eat the leaves.

Thyme or Oregano

Add a twig of fresh thyme or oregano or a teaspoon of dried leaves to a cup with 250 ml of boiled water. Cover the cup and let the herb infuse the water for 5 minutes. Then sip the goodness.

Lemongrass

Boil a piece of fresh or dried lemongrass stalk (about 10 cm) for 5 minutes, then let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Now enjoy this wonderful tea!
