With a focus on mindfulness she empowers others to connect to their own inner guidance to help them move forward and overcome their challenges and obstacles. She has a holistic coaching approach and uses mindfulness as a regular practice to help people with stress reduction, pain mangement, attention and focus. In her role as head of Women and Youth committee for ICF Lebanon she helped create and give trainings to build resilience and empower individuals to become inspiring leaders. She holds a BA in Economics from AUB is also a certified Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, EFT practitioner, Reiki Master, energy healer and a certified Breath and Bodyworks coach.
