Why Women’s Wellness?
The life story of the female body is one of constant change.
Women face unique physical and emotional health issues throughout the various stages of their lives. How a woman addresses them impacts not only herself but her family as well. Designed by women for women in the Arab world, our program aims to help women thrive at every stage of their lives by gradually incorporating small, practical, healthy choices, and positive health behaviors. To facilitate open and honest discussions, our women-only activities are conducted in an atmosphere of understanding, trust, and support.
Women’s Health World Café
The Women’s Health World Café aims to create an active network focused on collaborative dialogue on health and wellness issues that matter. It is a creative methodology for hosting authentic conversations in groups of all sizes to promote practical, holistic solutions that can boost women’s physical and emotional well-being and help them to thrive in all areas of their lives. The topics are flexible and can be tailored to the theme of each event.

Retreats
Our women’s wellness retreats offer a great opportunity for women to disconnect from everyday stressors, reconnect with the parts of themselves that are often forgotten or ignored, kick off a healthier lifestyle, and create lasting memories.
