Maguy Lichaa

Maguy Lichaa is a certified holistic health coach who believes that emotional health has a powerful influence on physical wellbeing. She helps her clients reach their health goals and achieve overall wellbeing by addressing food intolerances and via physical and mental detoxification. Maguy has founded and operated several holistic wellness centers and spas both in Lebanon and abroad, organized a number of detox retreats in Lebanon and India, and worked with corporations and NGO's on corporate health and women’s empowerment programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from the Lebanese German University, Sahel Alma, Lebanon, a bachelor’s degree in integrative nutrition and certification as health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, USA, and was certified as a yoga teacher by the Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy, Kerala, India. Maguy is a registered member of the International Coach Federation’s Lebanon chapter.
