Michella Habre is a dietitian, clinical nutritionist and healthy cooking instructor. She earned her BA in nutrition and food technology from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and completed her clinical internship at AUB’s Medical Center. Growing up in a family with a history of diabetes, hypertension, and kidney disease, combined with its tradition of spending hours at the dinner table, created Michella’s interest in preventing and solving food-related diseases. With 15 years of experience in clinical nutrition, she is passionate about educating people on how moderation and consuming healthier versions of traditional dishes can improve their health.
