Tara takes a holistic approach to her practice, by focusing not only on food and nutrition but also by considering other essential factors that affect ones’ health such as stress, sports, relationships, career and spirituality. Her true passion is to empower people to overcome their health issues so they are free to experience and enjoy the life they seek. Tara is also an enthusiastic cook. She has partnered up with Al Rifai Roastery to create healthy gluten, sugar and dairy free, snacks and granolas.
